VACUUM & COOLING WATER VALVES          VACUUM PUMP
 
 
Our valves can be divided into four groups:
 
Vacuum Valves:
- Vacuum valves are available with a nominal diameters of 1.6 mm and 4.0 mm.
- Vacuum valves with a G1/2 connection can be connected to a laboratory vacuum.
 
Medium divided vacuum valves are used where highly aggressive gases are delivered and a high chemical resistance is required. The armature chamber of the valve is completely separated from the medium flow, thus preventing corrosion of the armature. This type of valve is available with a nominal diameter of 4.0 mm.
 
Combined Vacuum and Cooling Water Valves:
The combined vacuum and cooling water valve is a space-saving variant for situation where vacuum and cooling water are required for the process.
 
Cooling Water Valves:
This type of valve is used for cooling rotary evaporators, among other things, and has a G1/2 connection for a laboratory vacuum.
 
Magnetic Valve G1/2" F 1.6
Magnetic valve G1/2Ħħ F 1.6 is suitable for house vacuum or other permanently installed vacuum lines.
Integrated fine regulation by means of a t-bar allows the user to reduce and optimise the flow.
 
 
Magnetic Valve 1.6:
High-quality vacuum valve for optimally controlled operation. Magnetic valve 1.6 has a nominal diameter of 1.6 mm, it is controlled by a PVK-700/710 vacuum controller.
 
 
Magnetic Valve M 4.0:
Magnetic valve M 4.0 is suitable for the conveyance of highly aggressive gases.
The valve's plunger is completely separated from the medium flow and the module body (ALU) has an hard Ematal coating. Therefore this type of valve offers chemical resistance and long-term stability when used with aggressive media.
 
 
Magnetic Valve G1/2" RM 4.0:
Magnetic valve G1/2Ħħ RM 4.0 is suitable for the conveyance of highly aggressive gases.
The valve's plunger is completely separated from the medium flow and the module body (ALU) has an Ematal coating.
The integrated recoil valve prevents external Influence on the working pressure of the recipient.
It is suitable for house vacuum or other permanently installed vacuum lines.
 
 
Magnetic Valve G1/2" RFM 4.0:
Magnetic valve G1/2Ħħ RFM 4.0 is suitable for the conveyance of highly aggressive gases.
The valve's plunger is completely separated from the medium flow and the module body (ALU) has an hard Ematal coating. This type of valve allows precise adjustment of the flow.
The integrated recoil valve prevents fluctuationsin pressure due to external influences.
It is suitable for house vacuum or other permanently installed vacuum lines. Nominal diameter: 4.0 mm.
 
 
Magnetic Valve R 4.0:
High-quality vacuum valve for optimally controlled operation.
Magnetic valve 4.0 has a nominal diameter of 4.0 mm and is controlled by a PVK-700/710 vacuum controller.
The integrated recoil valve prevents externalinfluence on the working pressure of the recipient.
 
 
Cooling Water Valve:
The cooling water valve has nominal diameter of 1.6 mm.
This type of valve is controlled by a PVK-700/710 vacuum controller.
The flow through the valve can be precisely adjusted to the desired value using the t-bar, which allows the cooling water requirement to be reduced and optimised.
