These membrane pumps are also carefully designed to handle aggressive chemicals. The integrated control unit, with its chemical-resistant precision pressure sensor, allows partial vacuums to be precisely regulated, measured and monitored.
A membrane separates the suction chamber from the drive chamber.
 
These membrane pumps are processor-driven and chemical-resistant membrane pumps for the delivery of all kinds of gases and vapours. A delivery rate of 18 littre per minute and a final vacuum of 5 mbar make this membrane pump to the all-rounder in every laboratory.
