PCR Fluorescence Probing Reagent Kits

Chlamydia Trachomatis Diagnostic Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probing):
 
Chlamydia trachomatis is a small obligate intracellular bacterial pathogen commonly spread as a sexually transmitted infection. The C. trachomatis PCR diagnostic test kit is designed to detect and quantify these pathogens and provides the broadest possible detection profile so as to ensure that all clinically relevant subtypes are detected.
Detailed clinical study has validated the high specificity, sensitivity, and reproducibility of the kit with analytical sensitivity of 1000 copies/mL in the sample. The kit contains reagents for nucleic acid extraction, realtime-PCR detection and quality control.
 
 
Swine Influenza A virus H1N1 Diagnostic Kit (RNA PCR-Fluorescence Probing):
 
The recent outbreak of the swine influenza virus H1N1 subtype has led to a need for rapid detection and accurate surveillance of the spread. The HSV II Fluorescent PCR diagnostic test kit is designed for in vitro quantification of HSV II using the composite probe technique which provides a rapid auxiliary diagnosis of this pathogen. Detailed clinical study has validated the high specificity, sensitivity, and reproducibility of the kit with analytical sensitivity of 1000 copies/mL in the sample.
The kit can be used for early diagnosis of clinical infection of HSV II.

Mycoplasma pneumonia is an atypical pneumonia in humans, caused by the bacterium Mycoplasma pneumoniae, resulting in immense irritation of respiratory systems. These infections have a relatively slow progression of symptoms.
Blood tests require a minimum 10 day infection period, while ELISA tests suffer from interference resulting in high false-positive diagnoses.
