Determination of the right mixing frequency
 
The selection of the correct mixing frequency is dependent on:
- Diameter of the orbital shaking
- Size of the sample container
- Filling volume
- Viscosity of the solution
 
With decreasing of the orbit diameter, the mixing frequency has to increase.
The orbital diameter of BioShake is constant 2.0 mm. The mixing frequency can be adjusted up to 3000 rpm.
With this combination, all applications in the lab can realize.
